Ari JusterAri leads company operations at Starfish Space, overseeing functions including finance, people operations, and marketing, among others. During his time at Starfish, Ari has helped coordinate the company’s Series A fundraise, built the company’s hiring and organizational infrastructure, and spearheaded marketing for the Otter Pup mission.
Prior to Starfish, Ari was a member of the National Football League’s business development team, negotiating partnerships with some of the world’s largest digital platforms, and contributing to the league’s content strategy for OTT streaming platforms. Before joining the NFL, Ari was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, helping large legacy companies build new digital business units.
Jon LusczakoskiMr. Lusczakoski is a Vice President at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on financial modeling, due diligence, executing new investments, and monitoring portfolio investments. Mr. Lusczakoski brings over seven years of aerospace industry experience to AE Industrial. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2018, Mr. Lusczakoski was a Lead Engineer in the Program Development group at Williams International, where he led multiple integration programs for UAVs, military trainer aircraft and business jets.
Devon PapandrewDevon Papandrew leads new business efforts at Stoke Space, a startup building 100% reusable medium-lift rockets designed to fly daily. In addition to commercial and government business development, Devon is responsible for helping shape strategy, as well as delivering competitive intelligence and market insights. Previously VP of Business Operations at Spaceflight Inc., Devon developed a series of innovative tools that connected business development, mission management and the engineering teams in a manner that enabled Spaceflight to build, sell, and execute complicated rideshare missions. He holds a BS in Physics and Economics from Georgetown University where he played four years of Division I football.
Negar FeherFeher’s professional career in the space industry spans more than 18 years, and includes business and technical leadership roles at Momentus, Maxar, and Lockheed Martin Space Systems.
As VP of Business Development at Momentus (NASDAQ: MNTS), Feher built up product development, sales and marketing from the early days when Momentus was a seed-stage startup and led revenue growth through Momentus’ IPO.
At Maxar, she co-founded a Strategic Ventures business unit to diversify offerings and bridge products and services to emerging markets.
Feher is a board member of SSPI, serving as the Co-Chair of the Elevating Women Committee. She remains an active advocate for diversity and inclusion, collaboration, and team building. Feher earned an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University.
