Jeffrey Mackay, as NovaWurks’ CEO, leads with a strategic vision, integrating his multidisciplinary knowledge to cultivate innovation and drive growth. He has a unique combination of manufacturing, engineering and legal experience. Starting his career as a Prototype Machinist in Silicon Valley, to Technician and Engineer at General Dynamics, then transitioning to Attorney. Experienced in securities, M&A and finance.
Jeff accepted the CEO role in 2023 and continues to expand the NovaWurks team and increase our manufacturing capability to satisfy the growing diversity of customer requirements utilizing our disruptive technology.
